Rates and house rules
The reservation and enjoyment of our house implies the express acceptance of these conditions. These rules seek to ensure the comfort, safety and good coexistence of all guests.

CONDITIONS FOR RENTING A COMPLETE HOUSE
The minimum stay for a complete house is 2 nights.
1-Payment and cancellation:
50% will be charged when booking and the remaining 50% 30 days before check-in.
A deposit of 300 euros is established, which is blocked on the guest's card and released once verified that everything is in order according to the criteria described below, within a maximum of 7 days from check-out.
Cancellation:
- +60 days prior: 100% refund.
- Between 59 and 30 days: 50% refund.
- Less than 30 days: no refund of the amount paid, only the deposit.
Failure to make the second payment implies automatic cancellation.
In case the client does not show up on the agreed check-in date and has not previously notified any change or cancellation, the following policy will be applied:
- The reservation will be considered automatically cancelled with no right to refund.
- At a minimum, the amount paid up to that time will be retained.
In the case of having paid the deposit, it will be returned unless there are other reasons that justify its retention.
The house reserves the right to put the property back on sale for the dates of the original reservation, from noon of the following day without any compensation to the absent client.
2. Opening hours
- Check-in: from 5:00 p.m. onwards.
- Check-out: before 12:00 noon.
- Please give at least 3 hours notice of your expected arrival time.
- For late departures, please check availability (may incur additional cost).
3.Rates and promotions
Prices vary according to season, length of stay and possible promotions.

*Promotional rates may have special payment and cancellation conditions.
4. Included and additional services
Included:
- Bed and bath linen, amenities, complete kitchenware, Wi-Fi, heating.
- Initial cleaning.
Additional upon request:
- Barrel of beer 30L: 95 €.
- Sheaf of vine shoots: 10 €.
- Selection of wines from local wineries.
- General cleaning and change of sheets/towels on long stays.
5.Rules of coexistence
- No smoking inside. Penalty: 50 €.
- No parties, bachelor/bachelorette parties or unauthorized events are allowed.
- Silence outdoors after 00:00h.
- It is forbidden to accommodate more people than those contracted.
- No access for unregistered persons.
- It is not allowed to move furniture, set up mattresses, tents or other elements without authorization.
6. Check-out and departure conditions
Before leaving, please:
- Lock the door and leave the keys in the mailbox.
- Take out the garbage to the municipal containers.
- Wash and put away used dishes and utensils.
- Do not leave food leftovers.
- Turn off lights, heat/air and make sure doors and windows are closed.
- Return furniture to its place if it has been moved.
The house should be delivered in a reasonable state of cleanliness and order. Otherwise, extra cleaning costs will be deducted from the security deposit.
7. Pets
- Maximum: 2 dogs up to 25 kg.
- They are only allowed to stay in room 11.
- They must not climb on beds or sofas or enter other rooms of the house.
- Continuous supervision and cleanliness is required.
- The owner is responsible for any damage caused.
- A supplement of 20 euros per animal will be charged.
8. Security and emergencies
In case of emergency, call 112.
The house has liability insurance, first aid kit and fire extinguishers.
Follow the instructions visible in the house.
9. Liability and personal belongings
The client will be responsible for any damage caused and may be deducted from the deposit.
The property is not responsible for losses or forgotten objects.
10. Responsible consumption of energy and water
We care for the rural environment that surrounds us. Please:
- Turn off lights and appliances you don't use.
- Do not leave faucets running.
- Close doors and windows tightly, especially in winter.

11. Data protection
Velora Turismo S.L. will treat personal data confidentially and in accordance with current regulations. You can exercise your rights by contacting us.
12. Modifications of the reservation and invoicing
For any change in the reservation (dates, number of people, holder's data), please contact us directly by phone or email.
We will do our best to adapt, subject to availability and rate policy.
In the case of promotional rates or special conditions, modification may not be allowed or may imply additional charges.
If you need an invoice, please request it at the time of booking or before check-in.

14. Acceptance
Confirmation of the reservation implies that the customer has read and accepts all these conditions.
15. Compliance with laws and regulations
During their stay, guests must comply with all applicable laws, both local and national, as well as with the rules of coexistence and use of the house.
Any illegal activity within the property is strictly prohibited.
Failure to comply may result in immediate eviction without refund, as well as the withholding of all or part of the security deposit.
These rules seek to ensure a safe and pleasant environment for all guests, neighbors and for the rural environment that welcomes us.
